Beloved this little truck

I bought it used and looked into numbers that this piddling 03 S10 has a regular LS step side extended body , it defenseless my heart considering information technology had a SS hood and a Extreme front and back bumpers. Afterwards buying it i looked upwards numbers to find out that it has a SS drive train along with possi, and a Extreme chasse . Love that parts are everywhere.

Love my S10!

I got my 03 S10 in 2018 with simply 49k miles on it from the original owner and i absolutely love information technology! Information technology has 75k miles on it now but even so runs the same every bit the day i bought it. With the leer fiberglass bed cover and dual Flowmaster pipes it definitely stands out from the others even though its the LS model 2wd single cab only with the iv.3 vortec it gets up and goes just fine. I baby her though lol, ive merely done regular routine maintenance like oil changes, make clean the k&n air filter, fuel filter, transmission and coolant affluent. Things you lot have to practise for every car/truck but other than that i haven't done annihilation and it just runs like a pinnacle. Never left me stranded and has ever fired correct upward like it's brand new. I gotta say its not the all-time road trip truck merely no one buys a s10 for long trips lol dorsum and forth to work and errands around boondocks i couldn't be happier! I definitely trust information technology for long trips simply im 6'1 so it gets pretty uncomfortable after 4 or v hours of continuous driving so nosotros just use our Toyota camry for trips. Gas mileage is average i suppose, 17-19 mpg so im not complaining. I take nothing but bully things to say near this truck! I go compliments almost every time i bulldoze it and so thats a plus lol. If y'all can pick a s10 upwards im sure you won't regret it!

Workhorse at a value price.

I got a lot of things accomplished with this truck. I found that you really don't need a full size truck to accomplish 99.nine% of the work that a regular family requires. I hauled castor moved refrigerators and completed home renovations out of this truck. Very happy with it.

For a step down vehicle, pretty dang skillful

Is a "stride downwardly" vehicle, from a Chevy Silverado, stepside, five speed owner to my S-10 was hard, simply good truck with no major problems…All the same.

Very reliable and durable truck!

Owned my truck for 10 years and no major bug, still runs strong with average maintenance budget. Serves it purpose as calorie-free truck to come across my demands as I dont quite demand a mid or full size truck.

Amazing.

It has excellent gas mileage. I haven't had whatsoever issues with it since the caput gasket was replaced. It lasted at to the lowest degree 126,000 miles on the odometer before needing repair.

Very reliable. Personally maintained thru 18 ye.

At 82, I have owned many vehicles. THIS little truck is tranquillity, comfortable economical, hands maintained and good looking...like its owner! I would buy another if I find a low mileage unit since this is budgeted end of 300,000 KM....no engine, transmission or power railroad train probs. Brakes I have replaced at 210 000km. Great value. Love it.

Bully truck

Great truck! Just needs pocket-size repairs. Drives great, new tires on front end, 4x4 works, interior looks adept, footling rust underneath, bedliner. No major mechanical problems.

Great truck that any guy would love to accept.

I fit me perfectly. If I wanted to go off road no problem. Information technology worked become on construction jobs. Had the room for my tools and they were safe within the truck. It has the swell power under the hood.

Never buy a 2003 Chevy S-10

This piece of Chevy art work is the worst vehicle I have always owned. As soon as I remove the engine, tranny, Ac and radiator out of to sell on Craigslist. I am going to take it to the junk yard to have it cubed so that the new prez of chebby can place it on her desk in Mexico!
